The creation of food products for developing countries presents a number of challenges that might not be considered as issues in developed countries. The most important goal is to fi ll the nutritional gap of people suff ering fr om nutritional defi ciencies, bearing in mind that young children have diff erent nutritional requirements fr om adults.Choosing the right food is another important factor.
