On September 23, 2021, the International Journal of Public Health released a piece “To Improve Nutrition and Healthy Eating, We Need to Generate Demand” by Rowena Merritt and Puja Peyden Tsherling, resident social marketing experts at Sight and Life, along with L. Suzanne Suggs from the University of Italian Switzerland in Lugano, Switzerland. 

The publication shares the importance of using Social Behaviour Change Communications (SBCC), Social Marketing, and advances in behavioral science to try and create demand for healthier diets.
