The Executive/Leadership assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and Leadership Team in the effective coordination of organizational priorities, communications, and operations.
This role goes beyond traditional executive support and acts as a central coordination point for leadership activities, ensuring smooth planning, communication flow, and follow-up across projects, teams, and governance bodies.
The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or leadership support roles.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a Not-for-profit organization and in Global teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Tech savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and other relevant virtual communication tools.
• Able to anticipate needs and support leadership effectively.
• Collaborative and adaptable in multicultural environments.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and international environment.
