 Benedikt was instrumental in setting up Sight and Life and defining its governance structure. He provides legal direction and support to various projects of the foundation. 

 Benedikt is the General Counsel for DSM Nutritional Products, with the overall responsibility to manage the legal function and arrange for legal support for the group companies around the globe. 

 He has supported many of DSM’s initiatives in the fortified food business, and with his team, helped to establish Public Private Partnerships with partners such as the World Food Programme and UNICEF.
