Lynda is a food technologist passionate about food fortification, nutrition security, and making safe, nutritious food accessible to all. With a foundation in Food Science and Technology and an MBA in Project Management, she has spent over nine years bridging the gap between food science and real-world impact across Nigeria.

Lynda joined Sight and Life Foundation in 2023 as a Food Technologist and currently supports an international initiative exploring the use of phytase in human nutrition across Nigeria and India. In this role, she works with food manufacturers, regulators, research institutions, accredited laboratories, development partners, and international funders to develop and scale practical solutions that can improve the bioavailability of nutrients in staple foods. Her work supports the journey from product formulation and laboratory testing to regulatory engagement and eventual commercialisation. Lynda’s approach is deeply collaborative and solutions oriented.

Her expertise spans food product development, regulatory affairs, sensory and consumer research, cost-benefit modelling, and multi-partner program coordination with hands-on experience across African and South Asian food systems.
