

Rebecca is a nutrition specialist with over 10 years of experience working with small and large organizations, including the World Bank, United Nations World Food Programme, United Nations Children's Fund, and 1,000 Days, across different geographies (Eastern and Southern Africa, Asia, and Latin America). She has both field and headquarter experience in emergency and long-term nutrition programming, monitoring and evaluation, national level policy development, stakeholder engagement and coordination, and nutrition financing.
Rebecca is also a skilled writer and has led and contributed to a variety of country and global guidelines and publications. Rebecca holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Iowa.
