The infographic categorizes the various tools and methods that fall under Precision Nutrition (PN). We determine how they are employed but, more importantly, how accessible and realistic they are from an LMIC perspective. We identified both specific and wider tools and methods under the PN umbrella. The specific approaches, yet less accessible, include genetic and omics approaches as well as metabolic indicators. The wider and more accessible approaches include lifestyle data collection, phenotype measurements and demographic surveys. Both the more specific and more widely available tools play fundamental roles in the generation of targeted nutritional solutions and these tools likely must be implemented together for optimal outcomes.
