Did you know? 🥚 Eggs are an affordable, high-quality source of essential amino acids and micronutrients. Yet, egg supply falls short in most LMICs due to lack of effective food systems. We share success stories from EggHubs in Malawi, Peru, Brazil, Ethiopia – and how we produced 22 million eggs/year! By increasing egg intake by 3x, we have improved maternal and child nutrition, as well as improved farmer incomes so they can afford better nutrition for their own families, thereby combating malnutrition at the grassroots.
